The Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor preserves, interprets and leverages the nationally significant history of the 165-mile transportation route between Wilkes-Barre and Bristol, Pennsylvania. Of course, they're also the gorgeous home of the Jim Thorpe Area Running Festival!

The Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation is a non-profit, community organization dedicated to assuring increased access to health and wellness education and services. We provide some of these services through Foundation programming, but the majority of services are provided through funding of other non-profit health and wellness providers.
We award grants to area organizations that best use their resources, services and products to achieve positive outcomes. Outcomes are things that benefit people’s health and well-being, such as new knowledge, increased skills, positive change in attitude or values, positive change in behavior or an improved condition.
We offer the tools and motivation for people to improve their health and well-being every day.

Opening in 2022, Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH) – Carbon is located on Route 443 in Mahoning Township, just outside Lehighton. The new hospital will delivery the excellent care our patients have come to expect from Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and bring our community even more services close to home.
