Ryan Drummond / Running Coach, Group Run Leader
Ryan is a RRCA-certified running coach who lives in Phoenixville.  After a career in software engineering and IT, he is now pursuing his passion as a full-time coach as the owner of Threshold Athletics LLC. Ryan loves to meet new runners and help them achieve their goals. He enjoys leading group runs and coming up with challenging yet fun workouts for the RUNegades group. When not running, Ryan is usually cycling. He enjoys planning new routes, finding new roads and coffee shops, and bike-camping. You can find out more about Ryan's coaching services at Home | Threshold Athletic Coaching (threshold-athletic-coaching.com).

Harry Kelly / Group Run Leader
I was a late comer to the running world. Quit smoking and started running at the age of 52 in 2008. Running always interested me but I spent a large part of my life dealing with addiction and mental health issues. After being sober for some years it was time to get rid of my last addiction, smoking, and start my new love, running.
